Teaching Philosophy
I do believe that when students are actively engaged in the learning process rather than attempting to receive knowledge passively in classroom, their learning will be more effective.
Teaching and research are complementary. Teachers' research program can also enrich their classes.
Teachers must have a clear set of objectives in classroom.
